Hey there!

an Autistic, ADHDer Psychologist with a PDA profile whose passion lies in education and support using a neurodiversity affirming paradigm.

My belief is that being neurodivergent is to be celebrated, supported and fully embraced as a natural variation of humanity.

With a passion for supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery and empowerment, I aim to provide support and environmental adaptions to affirm your or your loved ones' neurodivergent identity and to educate those around them on how best to understand and support them.

I have worked in the neurodiversity space for the last 10 years and come from a place of being an AuDHDer as well as a mother, sister, daughter and partner to a family of wonderful neurodivergent folk!

My approach is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and respect for the unique strengths and challenges of each individual.

I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.

When I’m not wearing my psychologist hat (although this is a strong love and passion!)

I am a mother to two wonderful neurodivergent kiddos

I have a huge passion for music, I love to perform with my singing and play several instruments

I live for all things fantasy and sci-fi! Give me all the Buffy, Marvel and Lord of the Rings!

I love nature and animals, especially scuba diving and sea turtles! There is nothing more peaceful and exquisite as being under the ocean. I have quite the collection of rescue animals too!

Like most NDers my SPIN is psychology. Especially learning anything and everything about autism, ADHD and PDA

Holistic health and nutrition are other big passions of mine. I'm a big believer that healing involves many moving parts and that there are many facets to health
